The Institute for Research and Academic Services (IRAS), in collaboration with the Bernadette de Lourdes School of Nursing Science, Assumption University of Thailand (AU), organized a First Aid Training on October 17, 2025, at the Hall of Fame, C Building, Hua Mak Campus.
The training was honored by Rev. Bro. Dr. Sirichai Fonseka,President of Assumption University, who presided over the opening ceremony. A.Siraporn Silphipat, Associate Dean of the School of Nursing Science, delivered the welcome address.
A total of 29 teachers from eight primary schools located in the surrounding areas of Assumption University participated in the training.
The training featured hands-on practice sessions on wound care, bandaging techniques, choking management, rational drug use, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The program aimed to enhance participants’ life-saving skills and prepare them to effectively respond to emergency situations in their communities.
